Also, an accomplished inventor with more than 45 patents in the fields of wireless communications and spectrum sharing/management. He has authored and published many technical papers on technology, wireless communications and spectrum management and been involved in the creation of multiple companies.

Following a 15 year investment banking career at blue chip firms, Baker held executive and board roles for numerous high profile impact infrastructure deployments, technology start-ups and private investment funds operating in Africa, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Baker’s career transactions total more than $100bn.

Manohar “Manny” Patole is a place-based urban resiliency advocate working at the intersection of Community Resilience+Economic Development+Applied Research with over 15 years of experience across four continents. Currently he is a Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor at NYU who teaches on urban resilience and sustainable development. In addition, he is the Chair of the Planning Committee for the Municipal Arts Society of New York City.
